 Emily Rose Compagno (born November 9, 1978) is a American television host attorney, host, and former National Football League cheerleader. She currently is an Fox News Channel contributor. She hosts the show Outnumbered and often appears on Gutfeld! Compagno was born in El Cerrito by John Compagno and Katherine Bertsch. Her father is Italian. She is the mother of two sisters. William Harry Bertsch, her great-grandfather, was awarded the Silver Star in World War II. She earned a bachelor's degree. in political science at the University of Washington where she was awarded the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps' Cadet of the Quarter Award. She was awarded an J.D. Emily lives in New York City. She is involved with non-profit organizations committed to US Veterans and law enforcement, K9, and Native American causes.

She is also a lecturer as a consultant, columnist syndicated to a speaker writer, author and television show host.
